Winston brings over a decade of nursing and advanced practice experience in clinical and military settings. As a Nurse Practitioner for five years, he specialized in cardiology, electrophysiology, and orthopedic surgery, following five years as a Registered Nurse in critical care, PACU, ICU, and hospice. He has led multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-complexity in-home care and served six years in the Florida Army National Guard, with deployments to Kuwait and Iraq. Winston’s leadership and patient-centered care expertise make him a vital asset to Stream Care Group.
Michael Shen
Founder, President, CMO

Dr. Shen is the Founder, President, and Chief Medical Officer of Stream Care Group and Duxlink Health. He pioneered the H3 (Home Heart Hospital) model, blending on-site and online in-home care. A Yale-trained cardiologist, he served as Director of Imaging at Robert Wood Johnson/Cooper Hospital and led Cardiac Imaging at Cleveland Clinic Florida for over 15 years. Holder of eight patents, Dr. Shen specializes in high-risk in-home care innovation.

Armando oversees care manager and field technician training and updates clinical protocols. With a Bachelor’s in Microbiology and Chemistry from the University of Texas and a Medical Degree from UAG, he brings over nine years of experience in care management and leadership. He specializes in chronic care management, advanced care protocols, and remote patient monitoring. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, Armando focuses on patient needs, home environments, and social support systems to ensure innovative, patient-centered solutions.
